Do you offer local pick up for customers local to you?
Yes we do! In your cart under "How to get it" you will select "Pick Up" it will then remove the shipping fees from your order. We ask that you please make arrangements with us prior to ordering so we can be sure to get you your order in a timely manner. If you have any issues please contact us!

Can you customize your products? or Can I request a specific scent for a product or products?
We welcome suggestions or requests for personalized products. We may not be able to provide exactly what you are requesting but we are open to discussion and pursing the possibility to fulfill your request. Please use the Contact Us form at the bottom of our Home Page.
Who do we ship through?
We ship USPS Ground Advantage to get you the best shipping rate. If you are in need of Priority Mail shipping please contact us PRIOR to ordering so we can invoice you for the proper shipping fees.
What are our shipping rates?
Our Prices INCLUDE tracking number AND insurance for up to $100.00 value order.
0.001 lb to 0.33 lb - $5.50 - 1 bar of soap or 1 non soap item
0.34 lb to 5 lb - $7.50 - 2+ bars of soap - most orders will fall under this price
5 lb to 10 lb - $9.50 - very rare for an order to be this large in weight. Most items are app 4 wgt oz.
What is our handling tIme?
All orders placed before 12:00 pm PST process within 3 business days of your order. Any orders placed after 12:01pm PST will process within 4 business days. If you are in need of your order by a certain date please contact us so we can see what we can do to accommodate your request.
Example: You placed your order on Tuesday at 9:00am PST we will ship your order will be shipped by or on Friday. If you place your order on Thursday at 2:00pm PST your order will ship on or before Wednesday of the following week.
We are a small family run business and operate within certain business hours to allow proper time with our family and children and we hope you understand. We will work hard to get your orders out promptly however we are also parents to two small children and life can sometimes cause us to pivot. Our handling time allows us grace if needed to ship your order out within the stated time frame.
What if there is an error with the items I received?
Please contact us within 4 business days if there is an error with your order. This could include a missing item or a wrong item was sent. If you do not reach out within 4 calendar days of proof of delivery using the tracking number on your package we reserve the right to deny any rectification of the issue.
Shipping Disclaimer:
Once your package has been received by USPS (or other shipping company if used) we are no longer responsible for the package. If your package is lost or damaged due to the shipping process we cannot and are not liable. Please contact the respective shipping company for assistance.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns, if there is a problem with your order please reach out to us at

All Sales are Final
In general we do not accept returns do to the nature of our items; that being said if there is an issue please reach out as we want you to be fully satisfied with your items.
If we made an error with your order we will work with you to come to a solution for both parties involved.
